Direct Pay Rates
Pay $150 - $200 per 60-minute individual psychotherapy session with Check, Cash, Credit Card, Zelle or Pay Pal. Other rates apply for the first session, family therapy, psychological testing, court testimony, depositions, consultations, group therapy, parent training, etc.
Insurance
Most clients, however, use their insurance in which they pay nothing; or they pay a “co-pay” amount and their insurance pays the rest of the bill. Co-pay rates vary across insurance companies. Often you can find out your co-pay amount by simply calling your insurance company. I am a provider for numerous insurance companies, such as TRICARE, Military One Source, Humana, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, AvMed, Cigna and Optum to name a few.
