My goal is to make therapy either in person, on the phone or through virtual video feel like you’re talking to a warm and wise friend who understands you and who will keep all your secrets. A friend who respects your pain and who is competent and able to gently guide you toward solutions and answers that allow you to exhale and breath again. A guidance that makes you want to keep talking even when the session is over. A guidance that makes you feel like you’re finally making progress – you’re finally beginning to feel good again - you're finally beginning to see the light at the end of a long and difficult journey.
